Return Policy

Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order.


Returns (if applicable)

✓Only accept warranty purchased from mokzer.net, other third-party suppliers cannot support warranty service.

✓Return within 30 days from the delivered date.

✓Items received (unused, undamaged, and in original package)within 30 days from the delivered date.

✓Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.

✓Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
